The Daley College Adult Education Program offers sixteen-week preparatory courses (fourteen weeks in the summer) for adults preparing to take the USA Naturalization/Citizenship examination. Classes are provided FREE OF CHARGE.

Requirements:
Students must be at least 19 years of age. Students who are 16, 17 or 18 years of age may also enroll if they provide written verification that they are no longer enrolled in a secondary educational program.

At registration, each student must provide photograph identification card and ONE form of identification at registration to verify current address in the State of Illinois.

Acceptable forms of identification are the following:
  • driver's license or state ID card
  • credit card account statement (not credit cards)
  • voter's registration card
  • bank account statement (not checks)
  • electric bill, gas bill, phone bill (need not be in student's name)
  • Mediplan monthly statement
  • copy of a lease or house deed
  • vehicle sticker application
  • Foreign consulate ID card
Students will not be tested or registered withouth providing the required documents.

Class Schedule:
Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Registration:
Students must come in person to the Adult Education Office (Room 502, Building 500) to reserve a placement testing appointment.
