Transcript Evaluation

Students wishing to have credits from previous institutions considered for evaluation must complete a Request for Official Transcript Evaluation Form from the Admissions & Records Office, located in Room 1408. Please allow 3-4 weeks for completion of the transcript evaluation during non-peak registration periods. You will receive notification when your evaluation has been completed.
